Swim Class with Dad...

This past week Kris decided to take Ronan to his swim class... it turns out Dad got to do 2 underwater dunks~ Ronan explained later, that yes, he did cry a little but he was alright... ha ha.. He really is doing so well, and having a lot of fun going every week!
Kickball was great this week for us also, we won this game 3 to 1 on a super hot and muggy night- I think we did really well, and Kris (who normally plays 1st base) played a great shortstop for us this time.
Not much else new to report. I got a chance to have a "girls night" this weekend with Rachel and Anne, so Kris went to hang out with Mickey and baby Lily~ it made for a really nice Saturday night for both of us!
Today Kris and I went to the Mall of America for some bumming~ Kris hadn't been there since 2001! (and we live here.. ha ha) We weren't shopping for anything, but the people watching was GREAT today- I can't explain what some people are thinking when they leave the house wearing some outfits-- I mean really? Where is your mom? Does she know what you look like? ha ha.. yikes! Tonight we grilled out, found some baby bunnies hiding in the yard and are sitting down to relax before the week starts all over again...
I did have to include another picture of our plants- but I particularly impressed with this Hydrangea- I had brought it home from work last year. (it's supposed to be an indoor houseplant- not a perennial) but I planted it and kind of forgot about it, until low and behold it comes up this year and looks awesome! Wow- now tell me I don't have a green thumb...
