The Great Snowfall

When we woke up Saturday it was much like this on the deck, and it was still coming down strong. Kris and I had planned for the snow blower to fit perfectly to get out of the garage, so he gave it a few pulls (7 to be exact) when the handle and cord pulled off completely, which led to having to do a lot of this:

 

It was sort of beautiful all that snow, so much for going anywhere though! 

It was like negative wind chill, so I told Ronan he had to bundle up (this is the facemask, stocking cap, scarf layering technique I used... he's really smiling under there! haha)

 

  This was the deck window on Sunday morning... it was quite a weekend!
