End of the week... phew!

Hi Everyone!
It's been another busy week... thank-goodness for Friday being tomorrow!

Ronan was pretty into his new NASCAR play track I found at the Woodbury garage sales last week, so much into it that he even slept with the micro machine Jeff Gordon or Kyle Blah-bitty-blah... (we don't really like nascar to be honest, I'm for sure one of those people who think it's about as fun to watch as... yeah, paint drying, but for Ronan's sake, we make an effort to stay hip with the lingo). Kris is way better at it than I am.
Ronan has another friend birthday party this weekend- so I am sure highlights from that party are to follow... we got Austin (b-day boy) a SpeedRacer car from the new movie coming out- I am pretty sure we'll now be also getting Ronan one.

Kickball was on Wednesday (team photo above)~ I have to admit this was one of my worst week's ever... I missed about 3 catches, ended up with a big red rubber ball welt on my arm and a stinging chin for a few minutes~ it wasn't pretty... but overall the team pulled through and we won 11 to 10! Thank-goodness, it's one thing to do poorly, another to do poorly and be part of why the team lost! Kris did well this week though...some really great kicks!

Alright, last picture-- it appears "Chippy" our resident Chipmunk has returned to his home under the deck. As some of you know, last year he ate parts of our patio chairs, so much so that they would bow when you sat on them from the weak spots he created... It seems as though sweet potato vine is one of his new fav's and he's pulled it right out of my planter, I don't know he's cute and all... but I think Chippy's gots to go....
