Happy Father's Day

Wow, lots of updates and adventures to talk about...
Last week was Kris and Ronan's first week of the Sports Spectacular, hockey was the sport they played and Ronan was an all star! He kept talking about how good at hockey he was and how much fun he had... this week they learn about KICKBALL~ awesome! So I will have some pictures to share after Tuesday. Ronan and I also head to our swim class tomorrow, so wish us luck.
Kickball for Kris and I this last week didn't go as well as we had hoped. It was an awful rainy day and we gave up some runs for our final playoff game... we lost, but played very well... Summer season starts this week already, so we are right back at it!
Ronan had the chance this weekend to go to Grandma Jan and Wayne's cabin. Ronan's cousins were all there too, and from the sounds of it-- they had a blast! It was a tearful goodbye when they dropped him off, so I am positive he's looking forward to the next chance we get to go to "his" cabin.
Saturday Kris and Ashley and I headed to Eau Claire to meet mom and dad for a Father's Day lunch at the Texas Roadhouse... the food was excellent! It was great to spend the afternoon getting to see each other!
Saturday night, Kris and I went to Tim's "Flagstock" celebration (it was also his 30th birthday) It was a great time and very nice to get to see everyone... Happy Birthday Tim!
Although the weather was nasty so when we got home- we had no power- until almost 3am!!!
Then on Sunday... Virgil and Mary came over. We went out for lunch and celebrated Father's Day. It was nice to see everyone this weekend!!!
Alright one last bit to share-- I HAVE SEEN the GROUNDHOG in our yard... this morning as a matter of fact when I was going to get the paper... there he was~ chubby, furry, almost greasy looking thing... he just waddled up on the step by the deck, looked at me, and then went under the deck like nobody's business... AH! Anyway, I am not sure what they eat, or what they do- but I am almost positive that we have been blaming poor "Chippy" for was I think "Senior Hog" has been doing to our furniture and plants... I am going to do a little research- and hopefully snag a picture so you all can see for yourselves.
Wish us luck this week, it's going to be a busy one!
