Zoo

So... I have to point out that our yard is becoming a serious habitat for all the woodland creatures. Matter of fact Kris compared me to Snow White this morning, asking if I would soon be singing outside while they all circled around.. ha haa...
The newest addition to our fun are baby rabbits.. (totally adorable I have to admit) We originally thought there was one of them, and while I was trying to catch a peek the other day Kris scared it from the other side of the lily patch it was in and it ran across my bare feet trying to get away-- ahhh!!! I could feel it's little scratchy nails-ick. But this morning we discovered 3 of them (so far) running in the garden.
For those of you who don't know- I tried having a rabbit a few years ago. My goal was to have a "house bunny" and train him to be like a mini fluffy dog- HA HAa.. what was I thinking? I called him Rascal.. you know "Wrascally Wabbit" but he was more like a demon. Ate my cable cords, chewed the whole bottom of my box spring so he could hide in there, he would even thump on the floor when I'd try to catch him-- h ahaa.. (not the best pet ever to be honest.)
Anyway, I am sure there will be more to come on this furry fellows.. have a great day!

Adorable! There was a baby one the same size at Luke's last night but it had a broken front leg and couldn't hop very fast. I wanted to catch it and keep it but then I told your pet story and we decided against it too... haha!

That looks like the one Maverick ate in our backyard the other nite. We were in the pool and he was doing something and I yelled his name from my floatie in the pool and he lifted up his head with it in its mouth, laid his head back and down the hatch it went. Whole! We kicked his butt! But he knows that there is more were that one came from and has destroyed my flower beds trying to find them. Ang
