Sever's Corn Maze

We've been busy lately... I apologize for the lack of posts!

Well this last Friday night we took Ronan to the Halloween Shop and he got to pick out a costume... he's been WAY into Star Wars lately~ so he decided Clonetrooper Cody was the costume for him, the selling point was that he got a "Clone Blaster" to shoot with the costume~ I've been clone-blasted every time I come out of a room for a few days now, fun, fun.. haha.. But I have to say we were happy he had a costume he was excited to tell his friends about.

We've learned from his pre-school teachers that Ronan does very well at school. He seems to be liking it quite a bit, he even had his first field trip to Tamarack Nature Preserve. He told us all about the "dead statues" of animals and that his favorite was the owl. He also, again, was impressed with the soft seats on the school bus-in case he sits too far forward and knocked his head.. ha!

We also took a trip to Sever's Corn Maze (http://www.severscornmaze.com/) Ronan and I had gone last year, so he was all too eager to show Kris the "ropes." We had a great time! Playing on the hay bails, jumping in the sea of corn, the small animals to see, and even 1 trip down the slide (just an FYI we don't make him do these rides, he does them himself- but again announced "I hate that slide!" As you can see the day running around wore him right out!
