1st day of Kindergarten!!!

He's off to school! Aww.. it was a bittersweet moment- SO happy he's ready for kindergarten, but sad that he's big enough to be in all day school!

He was so relieved to tell us that, in case we didn't know, recess actually means playing outside- he was afraid it meant "math" - i can only imagine his relief! He's made a new best friend "Wyatt" already.. (apparently they share the same cold lunch bag=we have cold lunch now) he explained tonight that he "trusts" Wyatt with having this same Star Wars lunch bag-- (whatever that means, it's very important in best-friend status. He's doing very well- earning marbles for good deeds in the classroom- (he's up to 7 already!) and he really likes lunch! haha.. so far, he's all chatter about every day... which is exactly what we hoped for!
